| | Citation: | Warriors Players Involved In Automobile Accident
Moose Jaw, SK: Three members of the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club were involved in a serious automobile accident in Moose Jaw.
Two of the players, 19-year-old goaltender Joey Perricone of San Juan Capistrano, California and 18-year-old forward Carter Smith of Eyebrow, SK suffered minor injuries and were released from hospital in Moose Jaw earlier this morning.
The third player involved in the accident, 18-year-old forward Garrett Robinson of Surrey, BC, sustained serious head injuries and is in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit at Regina General Hospital.
The accident occurred early on Sunday, October 22 after the players had just returned home to Moose Jaw following a game Saturday night in Red Deer. The players vehicle was stuck by truck while traveling through an intersection. Charges are pending against the driver of the truck.
"Everyone within the Moose Jaw Warriors organization's thoughts and prayers go out to the Robinson family at this time," says General Manager Chad Lang, "as are the thoughts and prayers of all Moose Jaw Warriors fans".
The Moose Jaw Warriors will be providing regular updates on Garrett's condition as further medical details are made available.

| | Aux dernières nouvelles, Garrett Robinson est encore dans le coma aux soins intensifs dans un état très critique. On peut envoyer un mail d'encouragement au kid en allant sur le site des Moose Jaw Warriors. |
